*All sites are full hook-up with 30 and 50 amp plugs on the pole.

*We offer complimentary bottles of water

and Keurig coffee choices.

*Office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.,

7 days a week; emergency/after hours phone 24/7.

*If trailers are older than 10 years we require

pictures of all sides of the rig which will be approved

or not approved at managers discretion..

*We do not rent tent sites.

*Fireworks are prohibited in the park.

*Sites are gravel and very spacious, we do offer pull thru sites.

*We have two trees planted at each site,

not big enough at this time to offer shade.

*Laundry facilities are coming soon; we are located

only minutes away from several laundromats in town.

*We have a large garbage bin on-site.

*We have 2 fenced dog runs with doggie bag

stations/trash bins at each.

*We have 2 gazebos each with a picnic table

and a gas grill (propane provided).

*We have a large brick deck at the office with a water feature and

*Pets are limited to 2 per site; aggressive dogs are not allowed.

*We are adjacent to our indoor/outdoor storage

facility for ease of access to guests who need to rent storage.

*Current pricing: 3 month special $499 standard / $575 premium, 3 month commitment; Monthly $574 standard / $650 premium; $70/nightly; $275 weekly; we offer both short term and long term options.
